On September 28, 2025, Meituan officially opened its Xiaoxiang Supermarket instant retail project in Shushan District, Hefei. The launch event, held at Huadi Financial Center, was attended by Shushan District officials and Meituan executives.

The supermarket aims to combine online and offline services to provide fast, convenient delivery of groceries and daily essentials. As part of the opening, Meituan also introduced community programs, including local lifestyle festivals, public skill training for gig workers, and initiatives supporting neighborhood welfare.

Meituan plans to expand Xiaoxiang Supermarket across Hefei, leveraging its platform to support local businesses and enhance urban convenience for residents.
