To ensure the safety of all participants, sections of the race route will be temporarily closed to public traffic during the marathon. Each part of the route has a specific cut-off time. Once the cut-off time is reached, the timing mats at that distance will stop working, and the road will reopen to normal traffic.

If you fail to reach a checkpoint before the cut-off time, you must stop running and leave the course immediately to avoid any potential danger. Runners who exit the race can wait for the shuttle bus arranged by the organizing committee or use public transportation to reach the finish line.

🕒 Cut-off Distances and Times

⏱ Timing Method

1. Chip Timing System

The marathon and half marathon events use a chip timing system. Timing starts automatically when a runner crosses the start line.

The Fun Run event will not record official times.

2. Timing Points

Timing mats are set up at the assembly area, start line, every 5 km, the halfway point (21.0975 km), turnaround points, and the finish line.

Runners must cross every timing mat along the route.

If a runner finishes the race within the cut-off time but misses any timing point, their result will not be ranked.

If two chips show a time difference of less than 0.1 seconds at multiple points (other than the start), the result will also be disqualified.

3. Chip Distribution

Timing chips will be distributed together with your race bib when collecting race materials.

The event uses single-use timing chips, so no deposit is required.
